Position description:
Ensure all arrangements with venue hosts are clear. Work with finance team to make sure venue fees are paid on time and in full.
Create a team to research other venue sites - both in the case that we have to move to a larger venue because of large response, and to secure a venue site that can hold over 2000 people for New England SOS 2: Creating a Five Year Plan for TOTAL Sustainability in New England.
