You and your team are responsible for creating nametags for everyone at the event. You can do this any way you like. You could have each person make their own nametag. Or you could pre-print each registered participant's name and associated organization(s) on cards for those reusable plastic nametags and have them all nicely arranged in alphabetical order on a table near the main entrance for people to pick up as they come in.

Work with the Registration coordinator and Greeter coordinator to make everyone feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door.
