You and your team will take responsibility for creating a powerful welcoming energy for all participants as soon as they walk in the door. This position is an amazing opportunity to generate a positive sense of belonging within our community.

Work with the Nametag Coordinator and Registration Coordinator to direct people to the proper place when they come in.

Remind people that the opening circle starts at 10am.

Also become familiar with the facilities of our venue so you can answer questions about restrooms, main meeting area, etc.
