Meals registration deadline has passed. If you are registering for the event last minute, please call Charles to touch base about food 617-320-8409.

Meals and snacks registration can be coordinated with Charles Uchu (uchu@gaiaweavers.org). Meals are organic and vegetarian. Vegan options are offered (please specify). If you have food allergies or choose not to eat other certain food types, let us know, and we will see if accomodations can be made.

The meals registration deadline is Sunday, January 28, 2007. Registration after this point can not be guaranteed due to requirements of menu planning and food sourcing for such a wonderful group!

$15/Day Commuter: Includes lunch and snacks, tea, and coffee. Two days (Sat. and Sun.) is $30.

$12 Dinner: Dinner on Saturday

If you would like to bring vegetarian and organic food to donate, please let Charles know so that it can be coordinated in the menu plan.

If you have strict dietary requirements or would like to bring food or snacks for yourself, please do. There is limited refrigeration space available (but it's cold outside) ;) , so plan wisely.

Limited lodging is available at Sirius Community. Lodging at Sirius can be made directly by calling their office: 413-259-1251. Lodging rates already include 3 meals per night.
